Cascara is the dried fruit of a coffee cherry and the name means “husk” in Spanish. The ripe fruit is picked from the tree, steam cleaned and dehydrated at a family owned micro-mill. This super food is rich with polyphenols that offer high antioxidant values as well as nutrients that allow anti-inflammatory, and immune boosting effects to occur.

Recommended Dosage: Add doses to water or juice. Take one dropperful (30 ml or 15 drops) per day to regulate chronic inflammation in the body. For immune support, take one dropperful (30 ml or 15 drops) twice a day during the onset or during a mild cold or illness.
