Cascara is the dried fruit of a coffee cherry and the name means “husk” in Spanish. The ripe fruit is picked from the tree, steam cleaned and dehydrated at a family owned micro-mill. This super food is rich with polyphenols that offer high antioxidant values as well as nutrients that allow anti-inflammatory, and immune boosting effects to occur.

This naturally sweet fruit contains caffeine similar to green tea and may be enjoyed hot or iced.

To Brew: Steep 10g of tea into 10oz of hot water (203F). Steep for 5 minutes and enjoy!
